Hi, I’m Lara, the founder of Autism Discovery. My journey into this field began with a deep passion for helping families and individuals better understand autism and access the right support. Over the years, I have worked with parents, educators, and professionals to create a resource that is informative, empathetic, and empowering.
Through Autism Discovery, I aim to bridge the gap between knowledge and action, making it easier for families to find answers, tools, and encouragement in their unique journeys.

My mission is to provide families, educators, and communities with trusted resources, practical tools, and compassionate guidance that inspire confidence and unlock possibilities. I am passionate about helping autistic adults of all ages live meaningful, fulfilling lives. I also work closely with families and loved ones of autistic young adults and adults, helping them better understand experiences on the spectrum and strengthen relationships.
